But the gutting of habeas corpus or the approval of torture or the misuse of intelligence to justify a pre-planned war against Saddam Hussein, those are all waaaaay too complicated.

What kills me is that I said to the guy I carpool with,
Huh, lower gas prices, must be an election coming up AND HE HADN'T EVEN THOUGHT OF THAT.
