Hallelujah!
I bought this yesterday. And this morning, for the first time in about a year, I made myself 2 cups of coffee. YUM. All is right with the world today.
Update: OK, so maybe having 2 cups of coffee in one sitting (about 300 mg of caffeine) after a year of only the occasional Coke (36 mg) or tall skim latte (35 mg) wasn't such a good way to ease back in to the whole coffee-drinking scene. My heart is racing and I feel all twitchy.

Hooray for caffeine!
Heeee! I hope new baby isn't having a caffeine moment too! I'm wondering if I should ever go back to caffeine because I'm so used to decaf!

It goes away. Then you need more.
Soon you find yourself walking along, feel the need, and you start walking down dark alleys and thru rotten neighborhoods for someone to get you a fix.
That's the way of the barrista. Get you hooked for nearly nothing, and then charge you usury rates (3.50 for a small pumpkin spice latte!?!?!?) to keep the shakes away...
What that's NOT normal? Jeeze maybe I should cut back from 8 cups to 6 a day. OK got to go get my caffine fix!!
I have been de-caffeinated for many years, but on a recent trip abroad, I had to drink coffee with caffeine in it and I am still wired after a week. I am coming off it gradually, but using half-caff, half-decaf for a while. It really does make your heart race.
I'm still doing the half-caf thing. Energy is way too addicting.
Oh, how I weep for a cup of coffee. It's not like I've given up caffiene voluntarily - but ever since I got pg, the stuff tastes like motor oil to me. I still crave it, can still taste the bitter aftertaste of a perfect cup, still love the smell of it... and yet I can't drink it.
