Where does the good go?
(That song is playing on my TV right now as I try to collect my thoughts after a hectic week.)
I am tired.
I need more fiber.
I am too tired to think about ways to sneak more fiber into my diet.
I should be working.
I am too tired to work.
We'll be having company over the weekend.
Tomorrow night I have to clean the house, and shop for birthday presents.
I am too tired to clean and/or shop.
I'll stop grumbling now. It's really not so bad. Aside from the whole tired thing, that is.

Here's your hall pass to sit down with a cold drink for 15 minutes in the middle of any project.
Hugs to you! Despite the company, I hope you are able to get some rest over the weekend.
I need more fiber too! let me know if you figure something out. My only solution is to eat lots of fruit, but it isn't always easy.
Good luck getting the fiber.
And my sympathies on the exhaustion. I don't know how everyone gets through the day with so much sheer bodily fatigue in our lives, and I'm not even pregnant. Good luck for a restful weekend moment or two.
I suggest Metamucil....LOL. Have you forgotten you are pregnant? With a demanding job, a child and company coming - it seems you don't remember that you need extra rest these days!
Fiber One cereal. Mix it in your yogurt. Or mix it in with your regular cereal.
Hope you get a nap soon.
Frosted miniwheats for breakfast. try it! It's simple, it works, and it's tasty too;)
Hang in there...
Kashi Heart to Heart cereal - tasty and lots of fiber. No "twigs".
Kashi frozen meals, which I just discovered - I'm eating Black Bean Mango (over rice pilaf) right now, and it's delicious and has 8 grams of fiber.
