Carla Martin taking the Fifth?
This case just gets more and more interesting every day. I don't know if any of my blogbuddies are following it, but most of the lawyers I know in the D.C. area (especially those who practice in the E.D. Va.) are following this case even more enthusiastically than they're following the NCAA tournament.

Go Mason! Good thing I watched Dr. Who tonight, huh?
I blogged about it on my law firm site. Apparently, she's a little, um, off, no? People who have previously worked with her have not had nice things to say... And I'm pretty sure she didn't show up to Civil Procedure class in law school because I don't even do trial work and I know basics like "don't piss off the judge."
What the hell was she thinking???
I am sad becuase Geogetown lost last night, and pissed becuase Nova is still in it.
Oh, yeah, I've been following it. Truly bizarre.
And GOOOOOOOO Mason! J. is all excited that "we're" in the Final Four.
