RIP "Hey, it's that guy"

Vincent Schiavelli died yesterday at the age of 57.

*sound of class bell ringing*
CLASS: Awww!
MR. KERBER: No, no, no. I'll see you all tomorrow. Just remember to memorize pages 39 to 110 for tomorrow's lesson.
CLASS: Alright!

He DIED? Oh how sad. I love that guy, he always plays his characters so well.

How sad! But now that he's dead, would you mind if I took out Beth?

Courtney, I was this close to using the Beth quote instead, but your version of it is better!

Here I was, thinking I'd swoop in with a Better Off Dead reference, but I was beaten to it. Twice.

RIP, Vincent Schiavelli. He was good in that Agnes-centric train murder mystery episode of Moonlighting.

Also dead: Michael Vale, the guy from the Dunkin' Donuts and Breakstone's Sour Cream ads.

Neel, I loved the SNL skit when that Dunkin Donuts guy retired.

I seem to recall that Neel once called me to challenge me to name three people who want to take out Beth, so I'm trained to be quick to the draw. (Hey, whatever happened to our joint collaboration on "Teen Movie Trivial Pursuit?")

Hey, whatever happened to asking me questions on my own blog?

Ah, Teen Movie Trivial Pursuit. From what I remember, those Hasbro people are pretty particular about what genres can be released under their brand. (Perhaps they've learned the lesson from Pimp-opoly.)

But I would not be averse to revisiting that idea for more indie purposes. Maybe University Games wants to branch out.

P.S. Oh, God. I was kidding. But there it is: Pimpopoly.
