RIP, Lopez
Very sad about this. One of the best morning DJs I've ever heard has died of cancer. Sure he was funny; but he was also intelligent and compassionate. I can't even remember how old I was when I started listening to him.
Lopez, you'll be missed.

Oh! I never heard him, but I read that article about his battle with cancer in the Post several months ago. (In my pre-blogging days, when I had time to read newspapers...)

The other night when I was driving around, I heard part of what I assume was an all-day tribute to Lopez. I had to turn it off because it was going to make me cry, and then I knew I'd crash my car.
