I am old.

More accurately, I feel old. And no one is to blame for my feeling this way but me. (No, not even Perry Ferrell.)

On the drive home from work yesterday, I had two viable listening options on the radio: the new Nine Inch Nails single, "The Hand That Feeds" ... or Boz Skaggs' "Lowdown."

I chose Boz Skaggs.

Trent Reznor is coming over to my house later tonight and taking back all of his CDs.

I hate that feeling! I was cleaning the house the other day and I set the radio to an oldies channel. On purpose.

I listen to the oldies station all the time. And I like it! So, so old....

I don't even listen to the radio anymore. Because it's just not as good as it was in the old days, when I was a kid. When we walked to school barefoot in the snow, uphill both ways...

I'm old, AND cranky. Send me my AARP membership now!
